This shows her two designs a fabulous hat which has been blocked using our dome block and brim HHB149. Her second creation again using the dome block but Iliana has created an innovative Bandeau design both creations look amazing in their contrasting colours.

Pic 5 Creating a halo design using your standard dome block.
Here Stephanie has blocked a beautiful halo crown in dark grey sinamay embellished with pewter veiling, a single stripped ostrich quill and set upon a sunset yellow hibiscus hand made in satin and organza. A truly beautiful design and modelled by Stephanie herself to show how its worn.
Pic 6 Featured here is another beautiful design by Stephanie, her designs are often inspired by nature and this one is no exception. Her little boy found an ‘interesting shell’ on a country walk and presented it to her. The colour combination and swirled shape of the markings seemed a perfect fit for the new techniques she was learning with Tracy Chaplin of @millineryworkshopsinfrance on her 5 day online workshop in freeform Sinamay. Stephanie really enjoyed learning this technique and as you can see from her magnificent design it was a huge success so if you fancy learning a new skill head over to Tracy's no
Blocking the base on her HHB131 crown block and making the brim using Tracy’s unique method of manipulating and sculpting the Sinamay.
Pic 7 Stephanie blocked this fabulous Fedora Hat using a standard dome crown style block, sculpting a beautiful valley and indents into her design, blocked in soft dove grey velour felt and finished with hot pink cotton petersham ribbon, the lining features a subtle print of a map of Bonnie Scotland which was upcycled from a vintage scarf, a unique and luxurious creation.
