Shipment and Delivery

Every order is treated as a priority, however please allow 4 weeks from receipt of order and payment for your blocks to be dispatched. We are always researching ways to improve our service.

Brexit shipping changes

As of January 1st 2021 the UK left the EU. This now means anyone outside the UK purchasing our blocks will be responsible for any applicable customs duty/import tax. Each country has a different set of rules, please refer to your relevant government website or embassy for further information.

UK Shipping

Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail or Parcelforce Signed For, Delivery charges are calculated depending on weight and dimensions of the order, these will be calculated for you at the checkout prior to placing your order.

International Shipping

International Orders - will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed on Extra Small & Small Packages not exceeding: Height + Width + Depth no greater than 90 cm. All other larger packages are sent via Parcel Force or Courier.

Dispatch details will sent to the customer on day of dispatch so that you can track and trace your parcel/s throughout their journey.
