"A few weeks ago I asked for some advice as I had a client that wanted a felt hat made with the brim widths of Front 3 ins, Back 2 3/4 ins and Sides 2.5 ins. I had to devise a pattern made of 4 pieces of paper but I managed to do it . I also put a bit of a snap into the brim so she can wear it up or down. The crown was made on a lovely new tapered crown block which was purchased from Highland Hat Blocks, The client is really pleased, phew!" Lynn also created the valley in the crown.
